Last night when I closed my eyes
Trying to fall asleep
Your image lit up my mind
I felt your love so deep

I realize now, you reside in my soul
Or is it yours in which I reside?
I guess we both reside in God
He opened the door for us to no longer hide

You touched something in me nobody ever could before
Did I touch that something inside of you?
It would be apropos to release my soul to yours
And in return, you'd do the same thing,too

We are on the same page
We want the same thing, it would seem
Everyday we move ahead down that road
Together , as one, we're the prefect team
