It dawned on me yesterday 
That we have memories  of our own
Bad memories of our past are fading
While our happy ones have grown

This is  what  I wanted
Starting  a life  with  you
I want us not to look back
And start forever anew 

I love  our times of laughter 
When you tease me or we act so crazy
Or when you're  serious or demand my attention
Make me cry joyful tears or think when things get hazy

We talk so much about our future
For hours  on end we lovingly  chat
I only have room for the memories we make
The past is gone and I like it like that

Though he's not here

My dear sweetie,

I love you today as I do every day. Not because it's the 54th anniversary of your debut on Earth. Simply because it is a new day and I love you more each and every day. I can't help myself. I don't know how it works, but I will love you even more tomorrow !

Now you are in an even better place and I couldn't be happier.Your happiness and peace mean everything to me. Knowing you are smiling  brings more joy to my heart than I've ever  known. It's as if we are one flesh and my happiness is directly correlated  to yours. I also want to make a point of being as happy as I can because it's what you want. And loving you,as you know, is the one treasure that makes me happy and fulfills  me.

I know it sounds cliche 
But it really is the truth

For most of my whole life
I knew that something was missing
I felt like a tire with a pin-sized hole
I could hear a very faint hissing

But then we got together
In a most unusual way
I knew I always loved you
And I finally got my say

In each other we've  found our soulmates
And since then, we've melted into one
We're  simply two parts of one whole

The Light

My Heavenly  Father ,God
Is the light in my life
Holding my hand 
Guiding  me through strife

What a friend I have in Jesus
He is a source of light
When I follow his teachings
I am filled with delight

The man whom I love
Is the light of my life
Such a beautiful soul
I'll soon be at his side as his wife

With all of this love

The Seed

The planter plants the seed
He waters the seed planted in the soil
He looks at the fertile ground with satisfaction
He looks forward to the reward of his toil

A little green seeding
Appears in a few days
Though it is small
It can surely amaze

Every morning he awakens
And looks at what he's sown
He's so happy to see
How much it has grown

Then one Sunday morning
He sees a thing of beauty and wonder
A full grown pretty flower
Coming from the earth it's been under

That beautiful flower is like our love
With love,care and attention to what's been sown
Our love has blossomed into a thing of beauty
A thing of perfection we can call our own
