From Me To You

I used to write stories
But not anymore
What we have lends itself to poetry
And I'm filled with it galore

I'll spend the rest of my Earthly life
Sending loving thoughts in zeal
When I get to join you
Is when we'll seal the deal


Nothing makes me happier
Than knowing you have a smile
I hope I have something to do with that
Because I'm loving you all the while


Everyday I say the same prayer
And today I made a prayer request
That until I get there I can please you from afar

Because to me, you sincerely are the best
