I used to always run from you
It never dawned on me that's what I was doing
Now I am always running to you
In a way, I'm the one now pursuing

I can't put my finger on it
Why I was so afraid
But I think it was the Divine plan
How the foundation was laid

Now it's from everything else
From which I run
Nothing more important to me
Under the sun

You stopped me in my tracks
Now I can never run away
We're joined together forever
For eternity and a day
