It's just that there's those people
Who live for the status quo
It's just not who I am
I want to learn and grow

I want to gain some knowledge
Birth it from its womb
I want to uncover hidden secrets
Buried within its tomb

I just so hunger and thirst
For every new little fact
The more knowledge I receive
The more useful I can act

The things that I have learned
Have been invaluable to me
Some prefer their comfort zone
They'd rather be blind than see

I'm not here to judge them
They're where they're predestined to be
All I ask is the same from them
To not judge and just love me
