I Think Of You

I'm always thinking about you
Even when I'm doing other things
I can be concentrating on other stuff
But then your voice gently sings

I think of you the moment I awake
You're the last thought before I fall asleep
I even think of you when I'm using the bathroom
I guess I'm really in this thing deep

I think of you while listening to music
I think of you while I'm eating food
I think of you when I'm watching TV
I think of you no matter what my mood

I think of you when I talk to the Lord
You are the star of my every prayer
He knows how much I love you
Each and every layer

I'm thinking of you now as I'm writing this poem
I guess that's obvious and goes without saying
You know I'll be thinking of you when I'm done
In my thoughts you are forever staying
