Spirit Move Me

All my life
I want Spirit to move me
Guide my footsteps
Of where I should be

Today Spirit moves me
To shower you with love
I got that clear message
From God up above

Sometimes I get so confused
Don't know what to do or where to go
I ask for Spirit to move me
And to show me what I need to know

At times I think I'm inadequate
Sad that I don't know what to do
But Spirit brings me where my heart is
And that's stuck on loving you

Who am I to question
The bigger picture and plan
I may not understand it all
But I'm compelled to love you, man

I might look foolish to some
To love a man so far away
But I'm happy letting Spirit move me
For me, there's no other way
